Self-guided bike ride from Inverness to Loch Ness via Ness Islands and the Caledonian Canal, with bike hire, helmet, and maps.

“We really enjoyed being able to cycle to Loch Ness! We got to see a lot of the countryside on the way. Just be prepared. It’s a lot of uphill on the way there. We rode into Dohrn and sat at the beach. There’s an adorable little coffee trailer across the street. I would highly recommend riding bikes. You can take your time and see more of the area. Make sure you use your map as we got turned around a bit on the way back.”
