“I had taken a Rabbie’s tour previously and was very satisfied, so I recommended the company to two others and booked again. Rabbie’s tours themselves remain well organized, and the drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. However, this time the accommodations arranged through them were disappointing and, in one case, unacceptable. One B&B room was extremely small, with a bathroom so cramped it was difficult to use, and the shower barely worked. Another B&B was clearly unsanitary, with a stained mattress, visible mold in the bathroom, and generally poor cleanliness. Breakfast there consisted only of cereal and toast while other guests were served cooked meals. Rabbie’s did respond courteously ...”

“Our shore time on the Isle of Lewis was limited to 6.5 hrs (UK immigration checked all 3,000 passengers delaying going ashore by 3 hrs) and without the efficient work of our guide we would have missed some of the highlights of the Island.
