“We were very disappointed in our tour guide, Ryan, to the point we left early. He KNEW his stuff - he was knowledgeable and had a ton of info we wanted to learn about - but he was very unprofessional at many times of the tour, including playing a horn in the middle of the graveyard while talking about Tom Riddle. He mentioned multiple times how he didn’t want to be there/the tour wasn’t his optimal time and the company didn’t want to deal with it/the tour was only for nerds. As a HP fan, me and my friends really wanted to learn about it all, but were turned off…”

We had wet, cold and windy weather, the train windows were wet on the outside and damp on the inside. Six hours for this experience is by far tooooooo much!”

“Best tour ever! We were so sad we couldn’t get tickets to the Jacobite train and did this tour just to see the train pass by! We saw it pass by and it was amazing. It was at a distance but still close enough to enjoy the view. As we passed by we saw huge crowds by the viaduct standing there trying to take pictures, at that moment I was thankful only 8 of us were on board enjoying a much better view. I guess to each its own. What really blew me away is that we cruised for about an hour into the water and we saw Harry Potter…”
