“10 out of 10 don't recommend this tour. To start off the tour left almost an hour late. This caused the tour to eliminate the one stop we booked this for. So we didn't get to see/pet/feed the highland cows which was the one reason we booked this. However, when Mo saw our paperwork and what it said we were going to do, she quickly adapted and made sure we went to the sites that we were hoping to see Mo Gets kudos for the work she did! The person I communicated with at Viator was less than helpful about the itinerary. She actually became quite defensive and said I booked the wrong trip.
